i have just finished the first section its really interesting although im not sure im grasping the whole using the suns energy to power a space craft when there is little matter in space to propel the craft although i have acknowledged the religious traits in the story there seems to be some mild humor "men are from mars women are from venus " its very good reading material thanks for sharing

It doesn't make a lot of sense until you get to about the middle or so.

It was pleasingly scientifically accurate too, only having speculative and fictional ideas when very appropriate to the story and thoughts.

Massive expensive clunky things that could do state of the art things like arithmetic and stuff. Very archaic stuff. I think they had electronic hand-held calculators back then...not sure. Just checked...that wasn't until the 1960s.

But to have predicted a computer so powerful that it knows the answer to mostly everything (Google) and each component is worked on separately by different people (programs).

It was so nice, I am done reading this and while I'm reading this I felt not bored because every line was so interesting and love to followed it.
