how do you prevent getting mail

how do you stop getting email notifications of posts? my mail keeps getting overcluttered and its annoying having to delete everything periodically.

Profile...there is a option where you uncheck the box and voila....on the preferences section

Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post.

That doubles the amount of mail you get

i just reset it and clicked no again

i changed it back because now my topics being watched isnt functioning properly either. o well
