I have read the entire Night Angel trilogy. It was the premier series of author Brent Weeks and I was thoroughly impressed. He has book one of a new trilogy out that I need to read

i'm reading Bukowski's "Absence of the Hero" which is an odds and ends collection of short stories and whatnot. great as usual and it's nice to have some Bukowski stuff that i haven't read yet

the longest books i've read is T3h L0rd 0v T3h R1nGs series...and i finished it in over 1 month and a half or so....

you can read super fast and still suck at reading. reading well is reading large quantities of text and recalling the details. i can read super fucking fast but i retain squat of it.

i took a reading fucking course at my university...cuz all law students have to read a shitload of books and still remember the fucking details of every fucking article in every fucking code there is...so i started off with like 50wpm...when the course was over i had to be at over 500wpm...but i got stuck on 200...i am that lazy...

they are. i was in a reading improvement class when i was in a community college, they were mandatory. i never did like it. too much work. i canj read well, i just dont want to. call me ignorant, its just not fun for me lol

ib the way to get better is to read more engaging books that constantly challenge your skill. practice practice practice

thats why im getting into some Dovstovietsky and Freuds...some Benito Cañate (who is my roman rights professor)...and i tell ya...that last one is fo sure some hard fucking reading...40% of the book is in Latin Law Definitions..and you have to learn..well not all but most of 'em
