Right I had posted in here when I first joined but it was pretty embarrassing cause I was drunk so I deleted it. Since I have started posting a bit I thought I would say hello to all you fine people on here.

Basically My name is Caitlin, I am 21 and I just moved back to Toronto after living in London, England for 3 years...Super exciting right? Anyways some asshole absolutely demolished my heart so I thought it might be nice to come back home. I was very correct in making this decision.

Anyways now I work for my dad in Toronto he has his own business hes a financial advisor and I am also David/BYD/whateveryouwanttocallhim's girlfriend...which is pretty cool cause I have actually known him for most of my life...and I also used to have a secret crush on him in highschool so theres that too haha

Anyways I am just a standard 21 year old female, not too much excitement in my life other than my 3 year life in London!

I hope you guys dont mind that I have decided to join you all on here...

I don't think I could do more than 2-3 sets of it.
How often do you think you should increase weight? Every 3 weeks or so?

My PT told me to do a lighter weight with more reps and sets and then when that becomes too easy do a heavier weight and do the same thing again...but that might justb e because im a massive whinger and couldnt even lift a pretty light weight...and im also a girl...but I bet I could kick your ass in the gym im pretty hardcore
