| Looks decent for the price, but I'm not very acquainted with acoustic guitars. | |

This Acoustics are not really my strong suit when it comes to knowledge over brands and what's good, I'd like to get a nylon string acoustic sometime though. Edit: I just realized how absurd it sounded since I'm in AWttS, but yeah the fact remains haha.

| I don't have any advice really. My accoustic is pretty nice. It's a Jim Deacon, but that's the extent of my knowledge of accoustics.
All I would say is get one with steel strings. Might just be my personal preference, but I hate playing nylon strings.

| True, but some guitars are better built for it. Classical guitars just don't work well with steel strings. | |

| She lives really close and was wanting to meet. I mentioned that I don't have $250 of cash in my wallet at the moment and she decided to wait. Playing hard to get probably | |

| i personally like nylon better, but each have their uses. if your doing more finger style stuff like flamenco or whatnot, go with nylon cuz you wont cut up your fingers (ive been practicing with steel strings- take my word for it). if you like the sound of steel better, then i guess go with that. nylon sounds fuller to me so i like it better and they feel nicer to me. broader necks and low tension. steel- brigheter, thinner nexts, higher tension. to be honest, i was looking for a hybrid guitar cuz i like both. i wanted to be able to use steel for more percussive playing and somehow get the warmness of a nylon. i found ONE of those made by cordorba. unfortunetaly, it was over a 1000. i would totally get it i think though if i had the money. 'end of random tangent on interesting guitar i saw online and want so when people ask, "what do you prefer, nylon or steel?" I can say "BOTH AT THE SAME TIME"' so yeah. my advice is to buy the cool looking guitar. | |

| I play finger style a lot and I don't mind it much. I just thought of it as the same thing as when you first start learning and you fingers hurt like fuck when you put them on a fret. I have fingers of fucking titanium now. It doesn't bother me. I just like the sound and feel of steel strings better. | |

| Nylon >>> Steel
Though I like the sound of both, just that nylon has more uses
