Today's Thoughts: Gentlemen/Gentlelady version

On this day I partook in surveying my first townhouse plaza that will be under my care, my management if you will. It was a treat, a delight.

Spent a good deal of time at the local educational center, and in between courses I partook of quite the nice little nap. Needless to say, I find myself with boosted vitality for the evening's events.

I daresay my posts have been under careful scrutiny since my arrival, otherwise this flagrant maltreatment of my delicate vernacular would not have occurred. Alas, to comply: upon further review of my internet tomfoolery in days past, I confabulated with droves of well-to-do company upon the Facebook. It was an enlightening evening, accented with the aromatic allure wafting from the kitchen of baked goods fresh for the culinary culling.

It appears that a rent cheque I have claimed has bounced. This is treason and my mother is very displeased. It seems that her way of compensating for such occurrences is to ask for another month's rent in addition- in cash no less! Which amounts to $2135 including the bank transactions for the non-sufficient funding fee. I dare say I am going to lose these prospective tenants and will need to re-evaluate the situation and rent it to someone else. I feel that if one of the fellows couldn't afford his section of the rent, another month's rent will not mitigate our losses. But I do share my mother's niggardly tenancies towards people who's initial cheque does not clear the bank.

Darn it all

You charlatan; you only desire to flaunt your vocabulary so you may abuse the term "niggardly" at will. For shame! My acquaintances of the darker persuasion would find this most offensive.
