My roommate's partying is out of control.

I might have been thinking with my dick picking a roommate. I met a few people and picked a pretty girl. She has parties here like twice a week. I like parties but its out of hand.

Yesterday I hand a buddy over and we were probably playing PS3 for 20 minutes and she told me twice to go somewhere else because she's having friends over and they want to sit on the couch. Alright let me finish this match. So we leave the place for probably 3.5 hours so she can have her 5th party.

Come back at like 2 and go to bed. In a few minutes her friends come over and party until 3am. I get out of bed and ask them to quiet down and everyones acting like I'm being a dick. They're like "I know I know man we're keep it down fuck". I think one guy said "Stop working out or you'll get bigger than me". That guy was chubby.

Not a big fan of this - I have to tell that this is neither a party apartment nor an afterparty. I told her that we need to not have company over after midnight but apparently I was just fucking around. This is no good

She's paying me rent every month - I need her.

I am trying to think of ways to strongly tell her that this isn't acceptable without being offensive because if she is living in resentment a lot can go wrong.

Still haven't spoke to her yet. She came home and it looked like she had been crying and I had friends over and there were a few of us over and we were having like 1-2 drinks.

I made sure we were out of there by 11:30pm to not look like a hypocrite. I need to phrase that a casual drink is fine but parties are not.

Had a long talk with the roommate.

I definitely offended her but we made some ground.

She totally is not willing to limit the amount of alcohol her guests consume because she doesn't think its a problem. I originally said I only wanted casual drinks here and she said that if her friends want to drink she doesn't want to tell them to stop at a certain point.

However she seemed to totally agree that we can't have guests after midnight and I am very happy if that stays true
