Calling out ImendiaBurzum Vacucous and Lord Kur

You guys are blackmetal heads. Next to my Dimmu Borgir the genre of music says "138"
Why?

ive actually had that before but i have no idea what it means besides maybe a george lucas reference from his first movie. but you should probably change the tag to symphonic black metal or whatever because 138 is not a genre.

most likely whoever tagged it was being weird? it could be something but i even checked on google for what it is and nothing much came up besides maybe a police code or else maybe it could be used to describe the theatrical dark nature of the music taken from the misfits but that seems kinda far fetched

well it was a song by the misfits "138" and no one really knew what it meant either. but one of the theories was that it was from the george lucas movie "THX-1138". it was set in the future and people were called by numbers instead of names and the misfits were a pretty sci fi type of band so it seemed to fit. when i had someone tag some band i downloaded as 138 i really didn't even think much about it and assumed they just typed in random numbers, but who knows? maybe someone else has a better theory.

sounds more like symphonic extreme to me but there's always room for another genre
