oh, i would just like to say....that i stressed out on an essay for like 2 months. i wrote on a topic i wasnt comfortable on and the way the teacher wanted it written was confusing.
i turned it in early for +15 extra credit

with +15....i scored 110/100. i always knew i gave 110% in everything lol

So me and my friends did something epic last night. We drove like 30 min to Wendy's at 11 at night after seeing a commerical and got 3 double stackers, 2 spicy chicken wraps, 2 small fries, and 2 small drinks for about $11 absolutely awesome.

there is only ONE GOOD fast food restaurant here, called in-in-out. only in California and some in arizona. best burgers ever.

Sooo I had a pretty mediocre date this past thursday, followed by a pretty awesome weekend. My dad and his gf decided to go to Gatlinberg and they took my friend and I with them so we visited a place called Wonder Works and the Ripleys Aquarium. We also went shoping and I got a stuffed purple turtle and some Prink Floyd converse.

On the downside the USB port on my laptop is messed up so my internet is down until I can fix it or get it fixed.

bummer.

It was just a perfect time to get some chatting done with the lady beside

cardio is really good. burn fat. makes you feel like a beast. running 4 miles always makes me feel like that
yesterday....7 miles with 40lb of backpack weight through stream crossings and rocky terrain. then after that, i played a pick up game of soccer for like 1 hour and ran like 1.5 miles

well, fat weight. fat = bad.
you can weight train and build lean muscle. i think
i have a small tire on my belly. cardio and sit ups are probably the best option....and do some heavy lifting t o get some muscles on my scrawny arms
